Step 1 – Book Your Diagnostic
Schedule a diagnostic online for $35 + HST during regular service hours or for After-Hours Service ($110 + HST) we can come at your convenience!
Step 2 – Complete Digital Waiver
After booking, fill out our quick digital waiver we will send to confirm your details and you can review and approve our service policies. We’ll then call or text to confirm your appointment or provide an estimated arrival time for after-hours calls.
Step 3 – On-Site Diagnostic & Repair
A Garneau Tool Technician inspects your equipment and provides a detailed report with issues, recommended repairs, and pricing.
If parts are needed, we’ll order and return at a convenient time for installation once a repair authorization form is approved so there’s no surprises with your pricing! — or for after-hours visits, your technician will advise if the repair can be completed immediately and the estimated charges.
